All Skill Levels Welcome
Full Uniform Provided (jersey, shorts & socks)
Participation Award
One practice per week
All games played at Sportscore 2. 8 games on Thursday nights and 2 games on Tuesday nights.
Parent volunteer coaches are essential to the league.

New! Photo Kickoff Event 2019

New this year! We will be having Picture Night/Kickoff Events prior to games beginning, on May 6th & 7th from 5:15pm-7:30pm. All activities will take place inside ISC on field #3 (the new indoor field addition).

We are excited about this new format, as it will offer our families many benefits.

No weather issues to work around. No rushing to get to the games after photos.
Holding the photos inside allows the photographers to use green screen technology, offering more exciting and customizable styles for parents to order, as well as less expensive options.
Families can order photos online or at one of the picture nights.
Siblings can have their photos taken together!
Age groups are assigned a day/time to come. See photo schedule.

WEATHER CANCELLATION PROCEDURES

Inclement Weather Policies:

Soccer is a game played in the rain. We will cancel only for severe or threatening weather, or if the Park District closes the fields for poor field conditions.

The following is our inclement weather procedures. Rockford Park District contacts the RYSL League Administrator and makes a decision as to if games will be played. A decision on weather will be made at 4:00pm. If games are to be cancelled, RYSL parents can find out in the following ways:

We will schedule make up games within the season for games missed due to weather cancellation. Parents will be given notice as to when the make up games will occur.
